November for Juneau was close to normal, with a monthly mean temperature of 34.8°F observed 1.4°F above normal. The lowest temperature observed during the month was 13°F on both the 28th and 29th, while the highest was 47°F on the 5th.

Precipitation was 74% of normal, with 4.44" of precipitation observed and 5.99" expected. Snowfall was similarly lighter than normal, with 9.8" of snowfall measured 75% of the expected 13.1". Despite the low snowfall total, the 8.5" that fell on the 30th was a record for that day, breaking the 1946 record of 6.3". The average wind speed was 5.1 mph, with a highest wind speed of 41 mph on the 1st, blowing from a southeasterly direction.
