Highlights

The monthly mean temperature for Juneau was 37.1°F, 3.3°F above normal. The 30th reported the highest temperature for the month recorded at 52°F, while the lowest temperature for the month occurred on the 11th at 20°F.

Precipitation was higher than normal, with 4.52" measured, or 120% of normal. Contributing to that precipitation was the 0.70" that fell on the 5th, which broke the record for that day, previously set in 2010, by 0.07". However, snowfall was only 85% of the normal 11.6", with 9.9" recorded. The highest wind speed was 43 mph from a southeasterly direction on the 12th and the average wind speed was 7.0 mph.
