Highlights

Juneau had a mean monthly temperature of 37.6°F this February, 7.5°F above normal. The highest temperature for the month was 50°F occurring on the 21st, which also tied the record for that day. The high of 48°F on the 8th also tied the daily record set in 1968. The lowest temperature for the month was 20°F occurring on both the 18th and 19th.

3.26" of precipitation were measured, 79% of normal, while just 2.0" of snow were recorded, a mere 12% of normal. The average wind speed was 7.7 mph while the highest wind speed was 35 mph from a southeasterly direction on the 8th.
