Precipitation was light for Juneau, with 4.90", or 86% of the expected amount of 5.73" observed. The 1.18" of rain on the 18^th was a new daily record, topping the 1970 record of 0.94". The average wind speed was 6.4 mph, with a highest wind speed of 28 mph recorded on the 31^st, blowing from an easterly direction.
