The mean monthly temperature for November in Fairbanks was 6.5°F above normal, with 9.1°F observed and 2.6°F expected. The highest temperature for the month was 35°F. The lowest temperature was ‑27°F occurring on the 18th and 19th.

Precipitation was above normal, with 1.78" measured and 0.67" normally expected. Contributing to this was the 0.22" that fell on the 2nd, which set a new daily record for that day, breaking the old 1935 record. Snowfall was quite heavy at 192% of normal, with 25.4" measured.
