Only 0.05" of non-snow precipitation were measured this month, with 0.42" expected. Snowfall was also lighter, with a mere 0.6", just 7% of the normal 8.1". Fairbanks had an average wind speed of 2.5 mph and a highest wind speed of 21 mph from a southwesterly direction on the 25th.
