Anchorage's temperature for November was measured at 29.9°F, 7.7°F above the normal of 22.2°F. The warmest temperature for the month was 48°F on the 10^th, while the coldest was 14°F on the 27^th. On the 18^th the 47°F observed broke the old 1967 record for that day by 1°F. The mean wind speed was 4.3 mph, while the maximum wind speed was 40 mph coming from a southeasterly direction.

The recorded precipitation was 0.35", 0.81" below the expected 1.16". Snowfall was also light with a mere 2.2" measured; just 17% of the normal of 13.1", and the snow depth at the end of the month was just 2".
