Precipitation was 0.37" for the month, 0.36" less than the expected 0.73. Snowfall was also lighter than normal, with only 52% of the 11.3" normally expected, with 5.9" of snowfall measured. Similarly mean snow depth was only 5", half the normal amount. The average wind speed was 4.5 mph and the highest wind speed was 35 mph blowing from a southeasterly direction on the 23^rd.
