November 3, 2022: Over the past week, the sea ice has continued to increase but  at a lower rate from last week, of 10.25%, from the level on 10/27/2022 of 7.976 M km² to 8.887 M km² for this week; but still a pretty good increase over a week period.

The negative sea ice anomaly this week was less than the anomaly of -1.266 M km² on 10/27/2022 to a less negative anomaly of -0.919 M km² on 11/03/2022 and so less anomalously negative for this time of year.
