Arctic Sea Ice Extent: July 15, 2021

July 15, 2021: Over the past week the sea ice has now decreased from last week by a lower rate of 8.75% from the level on 07/08/2021 of 8.343 M km2 to
7.613 M km2 for this week.  The rate of loss at this time is looking very much like that from July 2020 but seems to have had a slight upward trend from this time last year.
