Highlights
Bitter cold temperatures persisted for the first 3 weeks across the West Coast, Interior, and North Slope; temperatures were warmer than average across southcentral and southeast Alaska.
Juneau had record high precipitation for the second month in a row, set new record for 3-month (January-February-March) total precipitation.
End-of-month snow depth and snow water equivalent measurements were above normal across the state.
