However there was 0.9" of snowfall, with 0.7" falling on the 24^th, setting a record for the day, and breaking the old 1945 record of 0.6". The average wind speed was 11.4 mph, while the greatest wind speed was 40 mph on 21^st, from a southwesterly direction.
