The warmest temperature for the month was 29°F on the 24^th, a record high temperature, smashing the old record of 21°F set in 1982. The lowest temperature for the month was -29°F recorded on the 15^th. The precipitation in Barrow totaled 0.62", more than five times the amount of the long-term mean of just 0.12" and snowfall measured 10.6", far surpassing the normal snowfall amount of just 1.9".
