Arctic Sea Ice Extent 9-26-2019

September 26, 2019: this week the sea ice has increased by 6.58% from last week's level of 4.176 M km2 to 4.470 M km2 for this week. The 2019 sea ice extent line (gold) has now started heading back up and the 2019 season is most likely about tied for #2 all-time low with the 2016 level (red line).
